Where we came from, and where we're headed
Mingrui Advisory began with a simple observation: what growth-stage companies lack is rarely ambition — it's the ability to translate ambition into a roadmap. Financial models and technical architecture tend to fail exactly when they're needed most.
So we put finance, systems and strategy on one workbench, serving few but critical clients with a small, deep team. We still hold to that today: every engagement is delivered by a partner, personally.
